Why it is shared as notes

ThinhHarness is not packaged as a product yet. Sharing the repository as one large offer would hide which parts are actually useful. The current approach is to release one capability at a time with its theory and application.

Publishing method

  1. Isolate a capability. Start with one concrete harness behavior.
  2. Explain the principle. State which failure mode it addresses and where it stops helping.
  3. Show an application. Connect the theory to a small implementation pattern.
  4. Record the failure. Preserve what did not work and what changed afterward.

Current topics

  • Context shaping and loss prevention.
  • Tool scope and authority boundaries.
  • Verification proportional to risk.
  • Agent coordination and handoff quality.
  • Recovering from recurring failure modes.
